The best time to take Omega 3 is after meals. Furthermore, fish oil is recommended to be used in the morning, this is the time for the body to best absorb Omega 3. - Children from 0 to 6 months: consult a doctor before using
- Children from 7 to 12 months: take 1-2 tablets/day.
- Children 1 to 3 years old: take 2 tablets/day.
- Children 4 to 8 years old: take 3 tablets/day.
- Children over 9 years old: take 4 tablets/day.
